1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Screenpaper ("Service"), operated by Screenpaper ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Screenpaper provides digital wallpaper images for download. All downloads, including 4K sizes, are free. The Service is supported by advertising.

3. License Grant

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

  • Download and use wallpapers for personal, non-commercial purposes
  • Set wallpapers as backgrounds on your personal devices
  • Share links to our website (but not direct links to image files)

4. Restrictions

You agree NOT to:

  • Redistribute, sell, or sublicense wallpapers
  • Use wallpapers for commercial purposes without authorization
  • Remove or alter any watermarks, credits, or metadata
  • Use automated systems to mass-download content
  • Attempt to circumvent any access controls or security measures
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

5. Intellectual Property

All wallpapers, graphics, logos, and other content on the Service are owned by or licensed to Screenpaper and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. The license granted to you does not transfer any ownership rights.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SCREENPAPER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Screenpaper and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Service. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
